only $40 - just to cover travel time and fuel.

the game to us then the repair will be more
economical.
- Parts are
additional and an estimate of parts cost will be
given before proceeding with repairs.

Answer: In general we
cover the following Michigan areas. Detroit
Metro, Ann Arbor, Jackson, Lansing, Flint,
Plymouth, Livonia, Brighton, Milan, Irish Hills,
Adrian, Farmington Hills, West Bloomfield. And

Answer: Yes we will give
you an estimate as to its value both "as is" and
"working." We also purchase machines "as is" if
that is the route you choose to take.
Question:
How Long will it take for you to come to my home or
location:
Answer: It depends on
scheduling. Sometime we get backed up due to the
volume of repairs. In general, it will be
between 1 day and 3 weeks. Of course, we can set
up a specific appointment time and date.
Question:
Do you bring parts?
Answer: We bring common
parts needed to repair your game. If a part is
needed that we don't bring we may need to order it and
return to install it.
Question:
Are you afraid of dogs, kids, messy homes, etc?
Answer: Not at all.
We will treat you and your home with respect your
privacy.
Question:
Can I fix it myself?
Answer: Maybe. It
depends on the problem and your skill set and
knowledge. A great place to start is by looking
at the pinwiki at
www.pinwiki.com.
Question:
Is it worth it to fix my game?
Answer: That all depends
on your preferences. Sometimes it may not make
economic sense to repair a pinball machine but owners
will repair it anyway because of family memories,
etc. Pinball Machines are hard to find and move,
so if you already have one and enjoy it, it is
probably worth fixing.
Question:

Answer:
Yes, we can get into the game and also replace the
lock and key.
Question:
I want sell my game, will you buy it?
Answer:
Yes, we buy pinball machines of all eras and will come
and get it. See We
Buy Pinball Machines for more info.
Question:
What if you show up and can't fix it?
Answer: Every once in a
while we come across a game we can't figure out.
Many times the problems are obvious but sometimes they
can be very very obscure. If we can't diagnose
your game in a reasonable time then there some
options.
- We can bring the game to our shop for further trouble
shooting.
- We can recommend another repair person. Sometimes
a second set of eyes can see the problem quickly.
- We can leave and do further research and then return at
a later date.
Regardless, if we can't fix it, we will only charge $40
for travel and fuel.
